Our Story

When our founder, Hema Reddy, became aware of the environmental impact of factory farming, she switched her whole family to a plant-based lifestyle. As wunderful as it was, they really missed eating eggs! Hema steered Crafty Counter’s mission into helping others on a similar journey, and didn’t stop until she created an egg-ceptional line of true-to-life plant-based eggs.

I gave up real eggs years ago due to food intolerance. These Wunder Eggs taste and feel like real chicken eggs. I try different vegan foods to incorporate healthier options in my diet, and I’m glad I tried these. I will continue to buy them and would recommend them.

This is the best egg alternative ever!

It is so tasty and the closest thing to a hardboiled egg that I’ve had since going vegan. The texture of the yolk is SPOT ON and the flavor is out of this world. The texture of the white is slightly off (which is to be expected) but when you eat them together, it is almost identical to a real egg.

Since becoming Vegan I have truly missed hard boiled eggs, then I found these little gems. So incredibily delicious. They even have a little packet of Kala Namak (black salt) enclosed. A little bit pricey, but so worth it. I will buying these regularly.

I had to give up eggs because I got tested for food sensitivities and learned I had an egg intolerance and I was so sad because I LOVE hard boiled eggs! These are so good! They taste, smell, and look like hard boiled eggs! Would definitely recommend to people!

This is by far the best vegan egg I have ever had! The taste and texture are almost identical to a real hard boiled egg, or what I remember them to taste like. It’s been over 14 years since I’ve had one. I would like to see the price come down to be a bit more affordable in the future, but will keep purchasing regardless.
