Summer squash is one of those low calorie vegetable with the just the right amount of carbs, fiber and vitamin C. When combined with a grain, it's a balanced meal in itself. No wonder, the first foods you even offer to a baby is summer squash!
Add to this, the goodness of red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper, that are packed with vitamins and minerals, now we are talking! Red bell peppers are said to promote eye health and prevent anaemia.
