Indian food is not all about cream loaded chicken tikka masala and curries! It has so much diversity and numerous ways of preparation that combine mouth watering flavors and seasonings into meat and vegetables in a lean cooking style that can transform your dining experience and get you addicted in no time!

Preparations will include:

+ Kebabs on a stick - authentic Indian kebabs

+ High protein street food - chick peas and ground chicken scramble"chaat" with a yogurt cilantro and mint dressing

+ Dessert - Caramelized fruit with bacon and beets drizzle

+ A take home spice goodie!

Participants will learn how to use different spices and seasonings, and even create fusion foods using Mexican and Asian spices to generate unique flavors. They will also learn smart ways to include a variety of proteins, which combined with greens and grains, make wholesome well balanced meals that are easy to satiate the pickiest of palates.
